Iraqi art is a nonprofit organization exhibiting works from contemporary artists in Iraq and presenting special exhibitions from artists in other societies in similar upheaval. Gallery exhibitions aim to provide a "more comprehensive and humanistic view of the Iraqi people and Iraqi culture to the Chicago community" and to foster "a more positive attitude within the Iraqi public towards Americans."
