Housed in the old Flossmoor Train Station, this microbrewery has won numerous beer awards, including being named "Best Brewery" by Chicago magazine. The restaurant serves a variety of pub grub like Macho Nachos, shrimp cocktail, stuffed baked potatoes, fried chicken and chili, much of which is slow-cooked with the
Flossmoor's own brew.
The brewery is also open for tours.
Monday-Thursday the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. Friday-Saturday, 10 p.m., with appetizers served until 10:30 p.m. Sunday, 8 p.m.
