This former Lincoln Park dive is now a completely renovated late night singles bar. Those who remember the old Vu (or have a feeling that they|ve been there before) will notice that the charm of the old joint has been completely sucked out. That's not likely to have much of an effect on the patrons, after the 2am bars close in the area this place still gets jammed packed with desperate and tipsy singles throwing it all into one final call for booty. It's fascinating to watch the drunken mating dance in action.

Sports fans may notice that, gone as well, are the turtle races that used to take place on a weekly basis. Althought the old ambience is gone this is a new place to good riddance some would say, there's still live music on Thursday nights courtesy of Los Bandeleros and they've got DJs spinning after 10pm on Thursday through Saturday so head on down and swing on the checkerboard dance floor, have a drink and maybe get a few phone numbers while your you|re there.
