| One of the most respected chamber musicians of his generations, Joseph Genualdi has been recorded on Music Master, Pickwick, Cedille, Sony Classics, Angel-EMI, and the Marlboro Recording Society. He is a member (and co-director) of the Chicago Chamber Musicians, first violinist of the Chicago String Quartet, and has been a member of the Los Angeles Piano Quartet and the Muir Quartet. He currently teaches violin and chamber music to students aged 14 to 30 at North Carolina School of the Arts. He has performed at the Marlboro, Nimes, Spoleto, Bravo! Colorado, Angel Fire, Arkansas and Skaneateles summer festivals, and studied at the Yale School of Music, The Curtis Institute of Music, and the North Carolina School of Arts. He resides in Evanston and continues to be the Artistic Director of The Chicago Chamber Musicians and is a member of The Chicago String Quartet.
