Formerly: No, it’s not Studio 54, but it comes awfully close. The lustrous gold chrome, Gaudi-esque facade of this dance club draws you into a Warholian dream, complete with disco ball, industrial steel go-go cages and a smoky Plexiglas DJ booth suspended in mid-air. Metallic-skinned walls engulf 1,000 square feet of elevated dance floor surrounded by four dance blocks and a stage that has featured live performances by Busta Rhymes, Brenda K. Starr, ‘Lil Kim, and Dino Latino.

The expansive mezzanine offers a voyeuristic view of the dance floor and all of its flashy and fleshly hedonism from plush balcony seating, while a lushly lit VIP lounge, “The Red Room,” comes adorned with crimson leather sofas, a full service waterfall bar set and its own sound system. Two large floating video projection screens capture all the action, and a main bar swathed in cold blue stainless steel serves all top shelf liquor. Look up the 50-foot-high ceiling and be mesmerized by 20,000 watts of power and intelligent lighting.
