What to expect: Taste over 100 summer brews from top craft and import breweries at the Bottom Lounge's second-floor Volcano Room and patio deck. Offerings include Barley Island's Sheet Metal Blonde from Indiana; Sam Smith's Organic Cherry Fruit Beer from England; 1809 Berliner Weiss from Berlin, Germany; and Stiegl Lemon Radler from Austria. Representatives from Louis Glunz Beer, Inc., the award-winning Lincolnwood, Ill.-based distributor, will be on-hand to share the history of the various breweries and to field tasters' questions.
