What to expect:Tons of kite-flying teams from Chicago, Milwaukee and Puerto Rico will perform at this 22-year-old event in Milwaukee's Veterans Park (one of the top kite-flying parks in the world, they say), but kids can participate too. The first 100 kids to participate in the "Kids Mad Dash" will receive free kites. There will also be kites available for sale onsite, and free kite-flying lessons.
