Why to go: When else will you get the chance to ride along the lakefront bike path under the stars with thousands of others? It's like Woodstock on wheels, says one former rider.
Additional info: The event starts at midnight with live music and contests at Buckingham Fountain, and the ride begins in five waves from 1:30-2:10 a.m. Coffee and breakfast will be served at the fountain from 3:30-6 a.m. There will be registration packet pick-ups from July 7-12 at various Chicagoland locations. You must register online prior to the event.
