Known to locals as the "EV1," this Davis Street stop is perfectly situated on the way to some of Evanston's best BYOB restaurants. The wine selection is decent, but people come here for the incredible beer selection: EV1 boasts over fifty Belgians, an array of world beers and plenty of domestic brews.
