Originally designed to accommodate visitors to the World's Columbian Exposition in 1893, the 14-story hotel is adjacent to Grant Park and features 850 rooms, a barber shop, exercise facilities, valet dry cleaning and shoe shining. It also is home to the Rafael Steak House and Congress Lounge.
