With locations in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas (just to name a few) it was high time for Chicago to join the ranks of this chic concept bar.

Upon entering the glitzy space, guests are greeted by a staff of friendly nail technicians who, for the price of a martini alone ($10), will treat them to a relaxing manicure and a signature cocktail. It's really everything one might expect, given the salon-inspired name. The glamorous interior is the perfect mock-up of a retro beauty parlor; save for those nasty formaldehyde fumes.

Plush teal salon chairs, complete with hooded hairdryers, line the wall of the bar's main room. Adjacent to that is the bar itself (which takes up the entire length of the room) where plenty of posh ladies park it on the tufted cream-colored stools. Tucked away in the back of the venue is a disco-themed dance floor with peek-a-boo wall cutouts overlooking the bar's main area.

The place caters to a mostly female clientele, but you can bet the men are quick to follow. And, yes guys, you can get your nails done, too. Additionally, Beauty Bar hosts different talent throughout the week and is also a popular spot for bridal showers.
