Formerly: Blues etc. is a bit touristy, but they host some of the best local and regional blues acts. They've got a nice sound system, and lots of chic memorabilia. Considerably bigger than its sister club on Halsted ( Blues), Blues etc. can afford to showcase the occasional out-of-town act. Still, the main focus is Chicago blues -- including giants like Billy Branch, Otis Clay, Eddy Clearwater, Otis Rush & Son Seals -- played in a clean and spacious room with brick walls, plenty of seating, and a dance floor.
