This place is so in-the-know you'll barely be able to find it even if you're looking hard. Behind the extremely nondescript facade is a small warehouse of music. The CDs and vinyl are stacked against exposed brick walls on unpainted shelves, and they're classified not by artist or genre, but by distributor.
Therefore, unless you're a DJ who knows exactly what you need (and granted, most of the clientele falls into this category), you'll have to ask for assistance. No worries as everyone in the place is happy to help. There are listening posts, with a limit of five CDs or LPs at a time. Groove carries "downtempo, leftfield, nu jazz, and broken beat" as well as "a large selection of jazzy/deep house, drum & bass, UK garage, import hip hop, and neo-soul."
