| Dan Whitaker is a Chicago based singer-songwriter. He fronts the Chicago based rock band Great Plains Gypsies and also The Dan Whitaker Country Band. In another rock band, Western Grand, Dan plays lead guitar. Whitaker's former groups included fronting Junebug Massacre, an eighties rock band from DeKalb, IL and the short lived folk-rock band 'A Horse Named Bill.'
