| In these modern times of separation amongst house music, Kennedy tries to take the contemporary underground house, acid jazz, down tempo, Brazilian bossa, tribal and original afro-beat music to it's highest tweekable level. With absolutely no desire to play the norm or most obscure, plus blessed with that rare unadulterated ear for dope beats and music, Kennedy plays his music strictly and only from his heart which easily helps him filter the junk and release what he likes to call his "Octane" sound. Kennedy was born in the U.S., but spent a good portion of his life in Africa, (Nigeria to be exact, Lagos state to be precise) and so naturally his love for this thing we call music he believes was his evil twin since birth. With immense influence from the late and legendary Fela Kuti, Tony Allen, Osunlade and Naked music of whom he makes the blueprint of his sound and serves as the main course of all his sessions, his gift to you is to lead you into a different zone by allowing you to escape from anything and everything rigid to the point that you go home the next morning feeling 100% cleansed of anxiety.
