| Low Rent has been playing in Chicago since 1998. In 2001, they released their first CD "Can't Win If You Lose." Based on the guitar and songwriting of Scott Tracey and harmonica playing of Erik Friedman, Low Rent plays raw rock and roll influenced by the The Rolling Stones, Neil Young, and Wilco.
