| Singer/Songwriter, Lucy Smith has been a part of Chicago’s music scene for many years exploring the worlds of jazz, blues, funk and other genres with her Quartet/Quintet. A long time member of the jazz-infused Passing for Normal, Lucy was lead vocalist for the Center for Black Music Research’s Stop-Time Ensemble and was producer/host for "SundaySongs," an original music showcase at the HotHouse. She recently served as music director for "Music and Memories" at Steppenwolf Theatre and for "Portraits" at Park West Theater. Her other projects included the tribute band Zenesy, and she was the lead vocalist for the Concord Orchestra. Lucy has performed in many Chicago area venues including, House of Blues, Katerina’s, Pete Miller’s, and the Regal Theatre.
