Formed in 2001, Marazene consists of music industry veterans that have collectively/individually played/toured with National acts such as "BILE" (Invisible Records), "NOCTURNE" (Invisible Records), "FIVE POINTE O" (Roadrunner Records), "MY LIFE WITH THE THRILL KILL CULT" (Interscope Records), "DOPE" (Recon Records/Artemis), "SUBSONIC" (Sonic Wave International), and "Still Remains" (RoadRunner Records).
Vocalist/Guitarist/Programmer Nikk Hynes, Bassist/Guitarist Dietrich Thrall, and Drummer Kristov Kemp, having honed their individual skills, have pooled their talents in this unique musical amalgamation to create "ResinHate", Marazene's impending independant debut. Drawing on numerous esoteric and exoteric influences, this self-produced offering stands as a testament to the true depth of talent assembled.
In a credible nod by the industry, Marazene was asked to submit three tracks ("Execute", "Alternative", and "Anencephallic") from "ResinHate" for Warner Brothers spring 2004 release of the MATRIX: REVOLUTIONS DVD. With more tracks being supplied for the highly anticipated fall 2004 MATRIX DVD box set, the demand for Marazene audio and live performances is expected to increase exponentially, something to which the members of Marazene are undeniably ready for.
The devastating/"larger than life" live show that consistently converts strangers into fans coupled with a down-to-earth approachable appeal that converts fans into long term friends completes the circle. Without a doubt, the MARAZENE MOVEMENT is gaining MOMENTUM.
