| It's been 5 years since Marc Buxton left St. Louis for Chicago. Marc had been a leader in the St. Louis House scene, owning two nightclubs and the preeminent record store, Deep Grooves. "I needed to get out of a rut. I was not excited about my most passionate thing in life...music", Buxton points out. After the move, Marc searched for the right fit within Chicago's House culture. Residencies at Transit, Rednofive, Crobar and most recently, 930 Lounge made fitting in a bit easier. "My love of playing records is what does it for me", according to Buxton.
