| Having played in and around Chicago for several years, Mark Lonsway has just released his first solo effort, "Not Your Typical Cowboy". Recorded in Nashville with producer, Doug Sisemore (Reba McEntire), the new record features most of Reba's live band, as well as various musicians who have performed with other national country acts, such as Shania Twain, Keith Urban, and Sara Evans. The new record features 7 self composed or co-written songs, and showcases the talents of several acclaimed writers, including Kim Tribble, Deanna Bryant, Sunny Russ, and Chicago's own, Dayna Malow and Chris Cash.
