| Polyphonic aka Will Freeman is a producer who has contributed heavily to the newly emerging electro hip-hop sound infiltrating the scene today. Originally trained in piano, trombone, Indonesian gamelan music and medieval European choral music, this multi-talented producer has found a home at Audio 8 records producing for its abstract clientele. He's worked on the albums Infrastructure, Certain Sound and Prostitute Karaoke. His most successful venture, however, has been with label mate Serengeti on the album Don't Give Up (keep an eye out for the followup, Terradactyl, slated to be released this year). Since then he's had a full plate, with co-production credits on Wick's debut album Locket in the Well, future releases for Prostitute Karaoke and a project with Ben Lamar called Juba Dance. He's also working on another solo album called Post Species Speaker, which is about "animal communication and species-centrism." (Jeff Min)
