| The Emerald Lizards combine the raw directness of primal garage rock with frenzy of punk. Their wild live show bristles with untamed energy and tough-guy attitude, all the while maintaining a sly grin.
The Emerald Lizards have played around the midwest since 2005, including appearances at prestigious Chicago venues such as The Metro, The Note, Martyrs and the Subterranean. They won Chicago's Metromix Rock and Vote contest in 2006, and were featured in a spot on Metromix TV and a live appearance at mobfest.
