He has played Chicago's top venues, including Green Mill, Jazz Showcase and has been an orchestra musician for The Lion King and Wicked. Vijay also recently played for Oscar-winning Jennifer Hudson and opened for James Taylor in New York where he played for one of the artist's he produced as part of the New York Times "Emerging Artists Series."
