He does a Mexican awe-some!If you go back and listen to the part where the ineivretwer asks if he likes the venue.Fred tells some story that makes no sense what so ever, and how being lost in translations can make or break a story and the understanding of another persons story.

Their production of It's a Wonderful Life: Live at the Biograph! is the Chicago holiday tradition for my family.

The ATC's latest production, Oklahoma, is a "must see," especially for anyone who has seen the traditional production with a huge orchestra, cast and cartoonish costuming. This is a gritty production that really shows what the old West was like in a time of controversy between ranchers and farmers, where people did what they could to survive, and sometimes the outcome was not fair. It is in an intimate theatre setting that lets you really relate to, and understand the characters, rather than just leave the hall with a toetapping rendition of the signature song in your head. Highly recommended!

The American Theater Company’s production of “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” will hopefully become a holiday tradition for the company. I would honestly recommend it to just about anyone. It is a must see for fans of the Frank Capra classic and would surely be a treat for anyone who remembers or simply wants to remember the brilliant radio dramatizations of the 1940s. It makes a great evening’s entertainment for the whole family, or anyone eager to get into the holiday mood. The voice work is all topnotch and the entire company seems to be thoroughly enjoying themselves in the intimate venue. Humor and nostalgia are blended through the creative addition of commercial sponsorships during the “radio show” and audience participation is not only encouraged, it is delightfully impossible to avoid. Here’s hoping that “It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play” becomes an annual Chicago tradition!
