Seoul Corea is the best restaurant in Hyde Park. The wait is always worth it (except sometimes they run out of galbi). The appetizers are all really good but the two standouts are the yamool-jun (the first one, a potato and onion pancake) and the spinach salad. For entrees, all the noodle dishes are very elastic and well-seasoned with usually bits of vegetables or beef. The galbi is the standout however, tender-beyond belief cross-cut short ribs marinating in their own juices.
