I READ THE REVIEW THAT A SUKEE WROTE / IS SHE CRAZY?/NOT ONLY THEY ARE THE BEST RESTAURANT (PUERTO RICAN). IVE BEEN TO FOR A WHILE. IF SHE WANTED BETTER FOOD ASK YOUR MOM TO COOK. STOP PUTTING DOWN HARD WORKING PEOPLE/ YOU MUST NOT BE PUERTORRICAN!!!!!! I LOVE IT ... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I was looking forward to this place but I was dissapointed. The food more than anything... I asked for Arroz con Gandules y pollo guisado but the rice had been microwaved w/ some rice being stale or harder than rest, meat in the arroz tasted old. This wont stop me from checking other PR restaurants but this was not good.

man i went there not only the food is great the service and while i waited ,i was able to watch a tito nieves c.d. that the owner ELBA SAID SHE BROUGHT FROM P.R. HEY AND THE CHEFS LIL RICK AND BIG RICK ARE CUTE TWO........

hey elbas latin cafe wow its an awesome restaurant...there food is delicious there platano burgers are great.....hungry for puerto rican food go to elbas thats the place to be.......
