I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere but I was definately put off by the sandwich maker with that had no glove and dirty hands,he continuosly cross contaminated,and in this day in age,Id rather skip the meal than become ill with all the stuff going around if the owner can't teach the staff good hygene

Terrible service not to mention gave me the wrong order which seems to be the norm..

I have visited the new location several times over the holidays and all I can say is yummy! THis location is bigger and better than the first. The seating area is larger than the Wicker Park location and the counter is twice as big. I didn't know they had catering until a friendly counter person named Kimberley informed me that I could have my office lunch catered and delivered for our Holiday party. Not only did I grab a little dinner on the way home but thanks to her bubbly personality and knowledge of services, I was able to take care of our office catering as well. Alicia H
