Azucar Tapas is one of the best places in Illinois to eat--friendly astmophere, and the owner, Robert Rosado, makes everyone feel at home.

I've been there several times. Always order something different and we've been delighted each time. But we do have a fav: the skirt steak with beans. Yes, beans so melty and buttery that I'd get just them with wine and csll it lunch!
