I do not recommend Bowman's for food or service. At the door we waited for five minutes to be greeted and finally had to flag down a waitress to be seated. The bartender wouldn't take a debit cards for the drinks we ordered. They didn't have two of beers, supposedly on tap, that I ordered. Our food arrived warm but not hot. And when we split the bill, the waitress didn't bring change, she assumed that we were giving her a $25 tip on a $75 bill! Finally my wife got sick later in the evening from the fried chicken dinner. Go to one of the many nearby bars instead.

Me and a couple of my Mexican friends stopped by for drinks on a Saturday night. We had just been there earlier for dinner. There was a bug that flew out of my salad and a bug my friend found in his pasta.
Later, we decided to give the place a second chance for drinks. My friends and I are all over 26 and yet, it just so happens that the owner comes and cards us. He then has the nerve to claim they are all fake. We don't look 18! And we had just had dinner and drinks earlier that night. After showing him multiple forms of ID with my birthdate on it (military ID, driver's license, etc.), he still pulled the chair away from me and asked me to leave. He had NO reason to be that rude or to ask us to leave. We weren't drunk or rude or loud.
When we walked out, there was a Hispanic worker outside the bar closing up. He confessed to us he was racist and it wasn't the first time he had been like that.
Don't support a business like that! Take your money elsewhere. It's just sad to see that there could be that kind of racism today.

Me and my girlfriend visisted bowman last weekend and had a great time. The food was above average and we had a very nice booth to sit in. Ill be back....soon!

This place blows! Really bad service, flies flew around my head constantly and the food was terrible! Atmosphere is awful and the TVs were blaring. Do not even consider this place.

this place is sooooooooooooooo good!! the cookie moster is the best!!! staff is great too!

My husband and I went last night for a late bite. Bowman's offers specials every day of the week, so we took advantage of Thursday's. The $5 pork cubano was delicious and $3 mojito and sangria were terrific, too. The duck confit egg rolls were amazing. There is so much on the menu that sounds good! The atmosphere is mellow, casual, god music - basically, a fun place with a nice ambience to drink with some friends, hang out at the ba and watch one of the flatscreens, etc.
