I think there should be more information about the farmers and their offerings on this site -- or another site where this information can be done, as well as incorporate CSAs for each market. There's lots of good stuff there and it would also help to have 'market recipes'- recipes with ingredients from each participant combined to make fun meals. Come out and support your markets; 1300 mile average "gate to plate" distances are not sustainable!
