Carbon isn't owned by the same people as Ricobenes. They say that bullshit so people will actually eat there. This place blows. You're better off going to taco bell for authentic.

I could smell the smoke from this place while going on to dinner at Ricobene's. I think it is under the same ownership. The fish tacos were amazing! Delectable pieces of tilapia, with a tequila lime sauce and shredded cabbage on warm tortillas mmmm good....for your side, have an order of the "corn hash" it is a bowlfull of corn sweetness with a little heat from the chili powder...and save room for the chocolate quesadilla for dessert, you won't be sorry you did!
Casual, inexpensive, tasty, with some outdoor seating and limited beer selections, but definitely delicious.

It's good food, but if you order delivery be prepared to wait a while. No matter how simple my order, it always takes 1 and a half to 2 hours for delivery. Always.
