ComedySportz seems to be one of the best shows in town. I have been to other theatres in town and this remains the best to me in my mind. Sometimes improv comedy can be hit or miss, but here its always a hit. The best part of each show is that they are almost solely based on audience based ideas and participation. I love coming here not only for the shows but also for the great drink specials. I love this place and you should def go check it out. Would def recommend it for others of all ages to enjoy.

I was very impressed with ComedySportz! The show was a huge success for me. I’ve seen comedy improv shows before, but this one was different from the rest. We brought my young nephew knowing that it was clean and there were no moments in the show where I felt as if it was inappropriate for him. He enjoyed the show and thought it was funny yet at the same time I loved it. The performers were very impressive. They were fast, quick witted and so smart. This one man was playing an Italian mobster; it was really great. I’m an Italian, and this guy was dead on. All together the show was great. It was so memorable and a great bonding time for my family. The whole drive home and the next morning we were talking about the show and laughing. I’m going back for sure.

I'd never heard of ComedySportz until a few months ago, and my boyfriend took me and we had a blast!! The improvisers were smart, witty, and FUNNY!! I have seen a lot of improv outside of Chicago and I have to say the ComedySportz performers had true skills and talent. I'm bringing my co-workers soon.

ComedySportz is hilarious! My husband and I went last Saturday for their opening weekend at the Chicago Center for the Performing Arts. They were so funny. Maybe it was the nice new theatre space or the moon aligning, but they brought the house down. A group of gal pals and I went before at their old space. Definitely an improvement.

Great show --brought my boys and was very impressed when management stood true to word and kicked out a group of loud, foul mouthed audience members quickly so that all could hear what was being said on stage. I will recommend and return.
