The worst experience, starting with calling to make reservations the person that answered the phone kept saying "I can't guaranty that you'll be seated at the time of your choosing" We arrived and they didn't even have our name down. Our server came to the table and we asked for menus because the person that seated us didn't provide any..and she never ended up bringing any menus..we had to ask a passing waiter to bring them..once our server came she spoke to one person at our table and he ordered a salad which was just for he and his girlfriend and she didn't even ask me if I wanted anything..my husband went away from the table for a minute and she didn't even inquire if he wanted anything for an entree...just took his sald order and would've walked away had we not stopped her. The spinach, and pine nut pizza was so salty..almost inedible..and some parts were burned on the bottom..very disappointing evening..wouldn't go back. Also waited a long time for our food to come..this was a Saturday evening at around 8:30..

I hosted a holiday luncheon for clients at LaMadia yesterday and the service was totally awful. I was embarrassed that I'd chosen this restaurant. The food was good, so was the wine and the atmosphere, but they really have to get their act together.

Am anxiously awaiting the opening of this restaurant. Jonathan Fox has consistently proved himself an innovative chef & restauranteur. He finally gets to add "owner" to his already impressive resume.
