Drinks were great, prices were fair, atmosphere was awesome, service was not.

The music and potent drinks made up for the poor service, despite the low-cut outfits.

We stopped in the Reagle Beagle last Friday and were quite surprised. Good looking crowd seemed to enjoy the music selection-which seemed different than our last visit. We only had the quesadillas, which were pretty solid. Oh, and quite a few Peroni's.

As a follow up to my review from 9/19/07. Watch your credit card statement after eating here! I was overcharged by more than $15. They did reimburse my card, but they were not at all apologetic. They lost customer who previously was willing to give the place a second shot.

bad service, lousy drinks, unfriendly and inexperienced staff. waste of money. My rating = zero.

Loved the decor, but I was a little disappointed in this place, it seemed to have so much potential but kind of fell flat. The food was just okay. We were all excited to try the fried breadsticks, which came out hard and chewy and served with a watery, flavorless cheese sauce. The service however was fine.

We went for lunch so it was pretty quiet, but it seemed like it could be a fun place to go after work for drinks.

The waiter knew nothing about the 70's or 80's and was actually kinda rude. Have told all of my acting friends to not waste their time.

Just had some drinks there with friends after dinner. Had a great time - the waitress was extemely friendly and attentive & the drinks while quite potent made it worth the $10 price. Highly recommend this place - especially as they've already started a smoke-free atmosphere.

The Reagle Beagle is the newest venture of owner Bill Scheidhauer and he has spared no expense in making the Beagle "the place" to meet and greet your friends. The food is fun and the special drinks are outstanding. Hurry on over!

Wow.....just returned to Iowa from a fun filled trip to Chicago over August 3-5....we made a stop at the Reagle Beagle on Saturday, August 4th at around 4:30pm. Had a wonderful time....did not partake in any food items but the drinks were awesome and the wait staff were tremendous. Lots of great memorable pictures on the wall and good music all night. Stop and ask for April to be your waitress....you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!
