I've eaten twice here in the past week, once during the day and once at night and both times I've enjoyed the food and the service. The combination dip sampler was great and nothing was left on the plate, and the lamb couscous was delicious. My friend had the veggie potato chop and really enjoyed it. The service people were attentive without being overpowering. And all next to a roaring fire. Perfect.

One would think if you sit at patio seating being offered with patrons already present, one would need not have to go inside and ask for a menu, especially with the "lean" times many restaurants are experiencing. Not so with Andies! After a short review of the menu, placing a quick order for a couple of gyros THE WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE FOOD WAS JUST UNDER AN HOUR!!! Gads, what would have happened if one had ordered something complicated. Even though the wait was tenuous and long NO ONE came to the table to explalin the delay, offer refills on water or even ask if we cared for another "beverage". The wait person, once the food did arrive, was very apologetic for the delay and thanked us for our patience...which was lame because they hadn't even "checked" us or given us any type of explanation/excuse/or conversation while waiting. Once the food FINALLY did arrive it was bland, surprisingly still warm-although sides of "chips" were skimpy. Have been here in the past, unfortunately unlikely to return, which is unfortunate because they USED to have better service, cleaner atmosphere and more savory food!

Andies (on Clark) used to be a favorite of mine, but no longer. The place has changed! Not only was the service sub-par, but the "salmon" I ordered clearly was NOT! I eat enough salmon to know what it tastes like, and what was on my plate was something else, like cod or an equally bland fish. I notified our server, on one of his rare appearances, of the problem, at which time he took the plate to the kitchen to verify. The maitre d' returned with the plate, insisting that this WAS salmon and that it was because it had been cut into strips I was confused. I replied that the format of the fish would have no bearing on my ability to recognize salmon. I let it go and resolved never to return. Even the dill rice was dried out---a disappointment all around. To top it off, I received a $5 coupon for my next visit, which now resides in my recycle bin.

As a resident of Andersonville I had high hopes that Andie's would make it into regular restaurant rotation. I dined there 3 times, and each time was sorely disappointed. The food was never hot, never flavorful, and *always* came with cheese despite my asking for it to be left out. On the plus side, there are usually dog biscuits waiting outside when you leave hungry.

The food is ok, although a bit expensive for what you get. The service was great. Drink specials are worth it, but watch out when you order a beer not on special-- no prices listed and you will end spending $15 on two mediocre beers!

I've been a fan of Andies for years, and got my usual for dinner on my most recent visit...the delicious chicken kabob (spicy) with spiced couscous, which I've probably ordered 93 times. It was incredibly flavorful, as always, but my friend's choice, Moroccan chicken with an apricot-almond sauce, was the winner. The sauce is awesome, and it comes with vegetables and the couscous. I'd definitely recommend it.

Andies is a great place to dine and meet interesting people. The crowd is always amazing and the food is fantastic! Meditteranean food is the best!

Used to order for delivery all the time, until I was given a hard time on a botched delivery as the Order taker didn't care that I was being given twice what I was ordered as long as I paid for it. I finally got my point across, but the price was heartburn and many lost $$$ for Andies as I havn't ordered for the past year.

I came here for a late lunch on Friday. I'm surprised the description says Reza's is more up-scale.
The food was delicious -- a bit pricy, but worth it. Service was not terribly fast, but at an off-hour, it can be variable at any restaurant.
