I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANT I HAVE WENT TO THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT.OUR SERVER ATTENDED US REALLY GOOD AND THE FOOD WAS HOT AND DELICIOUS.I JUST WANT TO THANK THE SERVER THAT ATTENDED US BY THE NAME OF LUIS.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. It took 3 hours to get through our meal, multiple requests for water, tortillas , etc were never fulfilled (or it took multiple requests), the pitchers of margueritas were so full of ice you didn't even get any margueritas, and when you complained, they insulted you. After many years of going here, I dont know if they had a change of mangement or what but i would never recommend going back there, ever....

This place, by far, had some of the worst service I’ve encountered. Highlights of the evening:
We had a group of 13, reserving the upstairs outdoor seating. We called twice to verify the reservation. When we arrived, we learned that a large group arrived at the same time as our reservation, they assumed it was our group, and sat them in our reserved spot. The host/waiter kept running around saying that the person who our reservations were booked with was not here, so they weren’t sure what to do. The host arrived again, telling us that they were still trying to figure out what to do. 20 minutes later, the manager arrived, giving us further excuses for the mix-up. We ended up sitting inside, not outside. Why wouldn’t they just set up an arrangement for our group and TRY to make us happy immediately after realizing their error, rather than trying to figure out HOW the mix-up happened for 20 minutes.
People in our party had to remind our server three times to get a drink for them. And the waiter even said, “Oh, you still wanted that Corona?”
The food was bland and basic.
We went to the manager, and told her how disappointed we were with our experience. She apologized. That was it. Nothing taken off our bill for the mix-up. No vouchers. Pretty poor customer service for a new establishment trying to set a reputation, if you ask me.
Also: let me add that it was not overly busy in there, so I can only imagine the quality of service on a Friday/Saturday night.
