I recently went and sat at the sushi bar where I was greeted both sushi chefs. Up until this visit, I was never really a fan of sitting at the sushi bar( normally I eat at the alcohol bar where I can smoke). I started off with a hamachi carpaccio that was a special that evening, and ended up with some of their signatures makis. Loved the tatoro kani, spicy tataki, and rainbow dragon to name a few. Also tried some of their signature martini's that unlike any other I ever had. They have one that has a candied ginger vodka. Where do they come up with these?? Anyway, probabl;y one of the best kept secrets Evanston has to offer.By the way peeked upstairs where they have this really cool lounge to finish off your martini.
