Last night December 13, I was at a Mano for business with 5 more associates. We sat at nice red table, and we had a server named MARIO that was nothing but the best. The evening started all with nice italian welcome, and an all italian evening to follow. It is very hard these days to find an italian waiter in an italian restaurant and I have to tell you he also helped me to get my business deal, done easier and making all my guest happy. We ordered some wine upon his suggestion, and everyone liked it. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list as well.
He was so well knowledgeable about the menu, that we decide it to let him order for us, and what a treat. We started with a mix of ANTIPASTI,one better then the other one, then he brought out the Pumpkin ravioli and Risotto with mushroom and red wine, enough for all of us to have more room for main courses.
The Lamb special and the whole rosted fish were fantastic, and Mario at the end in stead of loading us with dessert, he served us a nice aasortment of homenade gelati and sorbets, enough to clean our palates.
What else to say...nice dining experience, good food, excellent waiter (ask for him) a little loud in the restaurant, but I guess it is up to the guest in the restaunt how loud the talk....I will for sure come back here again and again, and looking forward to have Mario to have us taste more food....This is Italian.
