I first had a fish taco at the Geneva Festival of the Vine last Sept. I have been looking for the restaurant ever since, and today - almost a year later - found it. I had the fish tacos which are to die for, and a margarita - very delicious. I love the Mexico, and in this restaurant - you are transformed THERE! These folks need a bigger space to accomodate all you would support them in the Fox River Valley. I could eat there every day!

The food is great, the service is great, the atmosphere is great, but the host that likes to rush you out because he needs your table has got to go.

I told a friend of mine that I was having a date and that I was looking for a nice place in this area; he highly recommended Bien Trucha as my best option. I decided to go online to look for some reviews and I couldn't believe that no one had something bad to say about this place and now I know why. I went there with my date and we had the best time... food is fabulous and the margaritas are out of this world...fantastic place and service.

Wow!!! It's just exquisite; if you think that Mexican food is chips, salsa and burritos...then you have to choices, you either try what Mexican food really is all about or you can keep living under a rock. This is just an outstanding restaurant and a great experience.

Food and service are excellent. Some of the best Mexican food I’ve eaten outside of Mexico. Food is brought right off the grill to your table in seconds. Have had almost every dish on the menu and all are prepared with exceptional taste and style. A definite 10.

Absolutely the smallest restaurant you will ever eat in! Food is Fabulous…especially the fish and shrimp tacos. Wait staff is very courtesy and accommodating. Expect a long wait since there are only 5 or so tables in the whole restaurant. Let’s hope they have plans for expansion.

Tiny place and thank God. Now know one will be able to find it. We get take out once a week and everything is outstanding. The shrimp tacos are like nothing you've had before. I hope it remains a permanent fixture for Downtown Genevea. Muy Bien!

It looks like a hole in the wall, and is hard to find because it looks like part of a run down laundromat, but the food is outstanding. Inside it is cute and clean. The service is very nice. It is too bad they don't have a better way to market themselves, but maybe they don't want to. Don't miss this great place! Home made chorizo! Don't miss the wonderful fresh, homemade margaritas, too.

My husband and I had dinner at Bien Trucha last friday night. The food,Margarita's and service are excellent. The coziness of the restaurant adds to the ambience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I didn't want to post this review for fear that I wouldn't be able to get a seat next time I go but right now Bien Trucha is my absolute favorite new restaurant in Geneva. The fish tacos are fresh, the shrimp tacos are perfectly seasoned and had the right amount of heat. The portobello mushroom tacos are unique and flavorful. The kids love the chicken rolls. We've only been there before they got their liquor license but I've been there 1/2 dozen times already and can't wait to try the fresh fruit margs! If they are as good as the food, it will be hard to find me anywhere else on a Saturday evening.
