Borincuba is my new favorite place. The food is EXCELENT.My favorite dish is the chuletas with arroz con gondules and maduros.The empanada's are good too. They make cafe con letche REAL cuban style with just the right amount of sugar.
The staff is friendly and they really do care about their customers.
I only wish the decor & ambiance matched the food & good service. While the place looks clean it needs some dressing up.
I think if they put table cloths,candles, and hung some wall art it would do a whole lot better. But then again if they did that I might not be able to get a table for dinner.
I can't say it enough when I tell you the food gives comfort & the staff caters well...
I give it 4 out of 5 stars. **** (They get the fifth star if they work on that decor.)

O.K. I do have to say that like your web page reads, don't blink can you WILL miss it.
I was out on a lunch date and just happened to pass by and the name caught my eye.
Being that I was born in Cuba, I asked my date if he wanted to stop in.
Ironically enough he came all the way from Evergreen and we had no clue as to where to go, but we saw your place and thought why not?
Good for me that he's a white american man who is not a picky eater. Not to mention I got to bring back with me a doggie bag while he had his food all in his smotach. He loved it.
Thank you also for all of your hospitality and great service. I will definetley be back to eat more of that great food.
