In 2006, they held a 'youth prom' where young black men dressed as women-wearing blonde wigs. In 2008, they are conducting 'Diva' and 'Drag Queen' workshops. This is the place that has a contract to run the AIDS Hotline. The Centers own figures indicate that the taxpayer is paying over $25 dollars every time someone calls that number. As an Chicago and Illinos taxpayer, I think the this is as insane as some of the Federal money spent on insane projects. Close this place!
