- One Very Disatisfied Customer says:

My experience here was horrible. The first time I visited this palce I had an issue because the waiter charged me more than the price listed, after have a dispute with the waiter I asked for a manager, and a man by the name of greg came out and told me there was nothing he could do. He stated that I had an old menu and also that the same price listed online was wrong and the price online would be changed in the future . He said that the owner is only in the bar on monday's and I would have to come back then a talk to him. ( I went to the bar on tuesday). The second time I went to this bar, against my better judgement, i got the same guy Greg, who apparently isnt a manager, and has never been in a manager's position. Well my food took over 45 minutes to come, and he overcharged me again. Only this time it was for a drink. He told me that they give free refills but because I took a drink out of husband's glass that he had to charge me for a seperate drink. The food here is ok, but the service is horriblr. If you ever decide to go this bar make sure you don't have the server but the name of Greg, his attitiude is horrible and he's acts as if he doesnt even offer a public service. If you want to go to a gppd sports bar try dylans's right down the street the overall experience is so much better.
