i think the daily is great. yummy turkey reuban and excellent fries. a good place to watch sports, watch the snow or people watch in the summer.service is as you would expect for a bar / pub. not a formal restaurant. good eats.

The absolute worst service I've ever encountered. The waitstaff ignored us and was rude to us. I did the same thing as Martin above. I went once and gave it a second try. I will NEVER go back. I can't wait until this place shuts down. The waitstaff needs training in customer service. I will certainly tell others about the service.

I love the food and the decor. I would recommend it anyone who is in Lincoln Square.

Three years ago, we walked into Daily and sat down. After waiting 15 minutes with no acknowledgement of our existence, we walked out, vowing to never return. On Friday 7/29/05, we decided to try one more time. It was just as bad. The server never came to our table even after stating, "Can we get some service?" It's an ideal location. I hope a decent restauant takes over soon.

place is gone, i used to play video games upstairs. it was nice jennifer was the only good part. she is so nice, so pretty and i think i love her. still... always love, aaron morales

Food was excellent. Was tempted to try the portabella, but went for the burger. Friend had cheese steak. We both agreed the fries are beyond the regular. I through drinks over-priced, my friend (a local)disagreed. One problem, now in dispute with my credit card co.: I left a cash tip over 20%. Put a line through "Tip" on cc receipt. Filled in food/drink total and signed it. They put through the total *plus* the tip to my card. Mistake or on purpose? I don't know, but after this, my friend plans to stop taking her (many) out of town guests there. Too bad- nice location, and the food was great.

Friendly place. The food is good. Service is great. Surprisingly not smoky for a bar.

A year ago this place had really good food. In the past three months it has been terrible. Too bad, everything else works, but I will no longer stop for anything but drinks.
