Daley's makes fluffy moist, yet slightly crispy waffles, and they serve both turkey and beef sausage as an alternative if you don't eat pork! They make excellent grits too. For just a few bucks, you can get a really delicious, simple, old school breakfast. The restaurant is always clean and the service is fast and friendly!

Daley's restaurant was packed when we went there for Sunday brunch today. The servers are friendly, the food comes quickly, and it is amazingly good. Prices are cheap - $1.00 to $3.50 for a side, approximately $6-12 for an entree. Our meal today was all sides, what we call soul food dim sum - tender sweet potatues, warm biscuits with butter, perfectly salted greens, macaroni and cheese that Julia Moskin would give her right eye for. Desserts abound as well, with tempting pies and cakes on display when you walk in.
