One evening prior to going Durbins to order a pizza and some there was no service for < 15 mins. When she did come over we ordered some appetizers and drinks. Another 15 minutes went by before we saw her again. We finally got her attention and signaled her over she said she was sorry but forgot to put our appetizer or drink order in. We began to worry since the movie was going to start in about 45 minutes. We asked her to take our pizza order as well. Another 30 minutes went by and still nothing. We had been there 50 minutes now without even a drink. We heard nothing and got up to leave about 5 minutes later just as they were bringing out our appetizer, drinks and pizza. We told the waitress that we had to leave since we had pre-bought our movie tickets. She offered no apology or explanation, she turned to the table full of guys and stated" how would you guy's like a free pizza and appetizers?" This was our last trip to Durbins. I had been planning to have a family party there a few weeks later and cancelled. I went there the next day to speak to a managerabout what had happened and we met the waitress from the night before. She told us there was no manager available. I gave her my name and phone number and asked her to have a manager call me. After I placed two additional calls and did not receive a return call I gave up. I am telling anyone who will listen what horrible service and non-existatnt service recovery that Durbins provides.
