We ordered our dinner - very simple - 1 gyro dinner and 1 chicken dinner. 30 minutes later, 1 chicken-gyro dinner arrived. As there were two of us, hungry, this was very upsetting. So, we called back, and the gentleman answering the phone explained that we had obviously messed up when ordering, and it couldn't possible be there fault. As the people working there can't manage to take a simple order (a professional phone representative always reads the order back to ensure it is accurate), I doubt we'll be calling again.
