This Days Hotel is just a short walk to Historic Wrigley Field . The rooms are small but neat and clean . There are several nice restaurants and pubs in the area . It was a good value for the price but fills up on the weekend. They have a nice contnl breakfast each morning .

I've stayed here 4 times in the past six months. Days Inn at Lincoln Park is certainly not the Hilton, but neither is it your average Motel 6. The room sizes run from average to fairly spacious for a nice "middle class" hotel. I have high cleanliness standards and this hotel is fine. The desk help is very good. The people working the breakfast room seem very stressed when you ask them to refill some item (eg: a milk pitcher), so I'm not real comfortable in the breakfast room. The area is great -- safe, though precautions should be taken as in any large city, decent restaurants around, a terrific art cinema around the corner, and a bus stop immediately in front of the hotel. Be aware that (only valet is available) parking is a whopping $20. a night. Forget trying to park by yourself in the surrounding area for more than just a few hours. Rates area reasonable for this area, but be forewarned that any large event on a weekend will drive up prices tremendously.

Hey, Edward, do you like work for that hotel or something? I keep seeing your name tagged to this phrase like here and the comfort inn. What gives? Ain't you man enough to duke it out with them cockroaches? Like I bet they just get you down in front of your girlfriend and pulverize your sorry just-around-the-corner-from-here ass. Whoo hoo! Shut up down there, I said. Litle bastards've been partying all night long--hey, let go of that slim Jim . . .

I prefer to stay at the Willows hotel around the corner from this Days Inn. The Willows is much nicer and the price is competitive. See www.cityinns.com for the address etc.
