I've been enjoying DePasada for years. I started going to their location on Ashland and Thomas back when I was in high school. I would stop there a few times a week before heading home. There carne asada tacos with cilantro, onion and green sauce were so irresistible. I finally let my mom in on why I was never hungry for dinner. This is now one of my family’s favorite places to eat. They have since opened up a location on Taylor St. which I'm a regular at. The food is so consistent here, it’s still the same flavor that drew me to DePasada 20years ago. They have expanded their menu a bit, not by much but enough to have a variety. The little they do here they do well.

As a customer from day 1 and will remain devoted to them because I can NOT get enough of the steak tacos onions and cilantro only I like to pour the hot sauce my self, plus when I take it to go the tortilla don’t get saugy. But I heard to all you De Pasada Lovers they are moving next door & are planning to put more on the menu : ) I LOVE IT……..

I really like this place. The carne asada burrito is especially juicy and delicious and most other items I've ordered have been above average. Allthough the service is not lightning fast the staff is very friendly. I will keep coming back to this place.
