After a 16 year hiatus, couldn't wait to try one of our old favorites again, Dee's Sezchuan food. Wasn't dissappointed. Dee still has the best whole Fish anywhere in the City. If you've never had whole fish, try it you'll love it -- especially here. Kung Pao style is deep fried Red Snapper, spicy to taste, with mounds of chinese vegetables and great sauce. Cost is $30, but it is HUGE - enough to feed two people easy. Also enjoyed the Pot Stickers, which are light & tasty. Dee even remembered us after being away for 16 years. Service is impeccable, and atmosphere in her 'new' locale (new for us), is even better then the old place. Bigger, stylish, and now she has added a Sushi Bar. Tho we didn't try it, it sure looked super fresh. Can't wait to dine out on her new patio this summer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

When I take friends to Dee's I always tell them, "you won't believe this, but it's actually great sushi and great Chinese food!" They have a hard time believing it because it's rare that any restaurant has both, but it's true. I love the Chinese food and I always think, "this time I'm going to have that great garlic eggplant," but I love the sushi even more and I always end up getting it instead. Try the Mexican roll with jalapeno, lime, and cilantro. Try any of the creative rolls. This is really top-notch sushi. (The only reason I know the Chinese food is good is because my friends get it and I try theirs!) It's pricey but oh so worth it!

Great dining in a classy atmosphere. The sushi is the best in town, much better than sai's, i.e. they actually have a trained japanese sushi chef. Prices are standard for the area but very reasonable for the portions and quality.

I love good old DEE DEE's joint. It is a grand place to dine in the greater chicagoland area region. From the moment I walked in the door... It was pure magic. Brilliant service combined with authentic mexician and carribean flare offer a wounderful journey to the far east.

Dee's is the best place you could ever go!

Service is wonderful! They're so nice..they actually talk with you rather than just ask for your orders and such.

    Sesame chicken is my favorite!

I always tell my friends about Dee's!!

A Lincoln Park favorite. Great food EVERY time. Good service and price for a dinner in the city is very reasonable.

I'm fortunate enough to live right by this place, and it's absolutely wonderful. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the over-all atmosphere is wonderful. The best Chinese food experience you can have in the city.
