We have never had a good experience at this place and will never go again. Aside from the fact that it's a fake pub, the staff is horrible. Last night we questioned our bill and when it was not resolved to our satisfaction our waiter actually screamed at us.

It has become one of my favorite hangouts. Decent food, friendly staff, great specials and great atmoshphere.

I came to Chicago after many years, on business that brought me to the Ravenswood corridor, driving by O'shaughnessy's immediately caught my eye, and I made a mental note that's where we are headed after the meeting! BOY DID THEY DELIVER! My clients some from New York, some from the Emerald Isle, absolutely fell in love with the irish curry dish they serve. I personally could not get enough of my selection off the menu which were the Guiness steamed mussels. The owner was in the house that night and personally came over and greeted our table, which always gets you brownie points w/ me! What a great neighbourhood place, and I love the fact they serve Spanish wines. O'Shaughnessy's keep up the good work, not only are you staying true to your irish roots, you're catering to an international city. My only sad note.... is i wasn't in town long enough to enjoy the live irish music on Wednesday night! Not to worry... I'll be back! Cheers!

I was SO excited for this to open up right next door to me. What A disappointment! Very RUDE mean staff. Terrible menu. Awful service.. .cannot stress enough how bad our experiences have been. Can't figure out why it's so busy there. DON'T GO. SO many better pubs! Hope they do an overhaul on the staff! I'd even tolerate the awful dinky menu and bad food and slow service if they were so mean too!

Nice place - Decent prices. Group of co-workers went out after work for drinks on Thursday. Our server was courteous but the place got crowded pretty fast. Needless to say that they definitely need more staff to handle the volume.

Ugh, terrible!! Went in on a Saturday night for dinner and were told the kitchen was closed because the kitchen couldn't handle the orders. I'll never go back.

What a perfect place for a neighborhood pub. It's nice to see something worthwile will replace the much missed Zephyr's.
